School Meal Menu
School Meals
The school kitchen has a cafeteria menu, which will give your child the opportunity to choose from the three excellent choices of main meal and desert every day. There is something to suit all tastes and we try to encourage our children to eat healthily so there is always a salad bar on offer as well as fruit as an option for desert. The menu changes each day, to provide a varied and balanced diet.
All school dinner money is currently collected using School Money. The current price is £13.25 per week (£2.65 per day) All meals must be paid for in advance.
ALL CHILDREN IN RECEPTION, YEAR 1 AND YEAR 2 ARE ENTITLED TO A FREE SCHOOL MEAL EACH DAY.
Packed lunches may be brought to school if preferred.
If you think your child is eligible for free school meals please contact One Stop Shop at Bolton Town Hall 01204 333333.
Packed Lunches
Children on packed lunches are asked to not bring in any foods containing nuts, ie peanut butter, nutty biscuits or cereal bars etc. Please ensure that lunches are brought to school in a sealed container/lunch bag, labeled with your child’s name and class. In the interest of health and hygiene, we ask that children do not bring cans or glass bottles.
If your child forgets their packed lunch we will try and contact you. If we are unable to do so we will supply a school lunch and ask that you reimburse us later.
Snacks
Please send a healthy snack for your child to eat at morning break, but no crisps, sweets, biscuits or chocolate.
